Starting as soon as possible, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible individual with the ability to provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Academy.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to provide efficient and effective support to the Academy Principal and act as a member of the Academy’s Senior Leadership Team.
Skills and Requirements:
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload in a fast paced environment
Manager and co-ordinate the work of others to the appropriate standard
Administrative support for the Senior Leadership meetings, standard and deadlines
Administrative clerking support for the Academy Council
Good working knowledge of computer packages including word processing, excel spreadsheets, power point presentation and email)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Support as required to the Business Manager
Line management of the Academy reception, admin and reprographics
Understanding and administration of school safeguarding policies and procedures
Previous experience of working in a PA / Office manager role is essential. Experience of working within a school setting is desirable although not essential. Driving may be required within this role to attend Trust department meetings.
