We are seeking to appoint a Senior Science Technician to work as part of a team providing technical support to the Science Department and will have line management responsibilities to the Science Technician.
The successful candidate will have qualifications in Science, preferably to A2 level, and at least one year’s experience of working in a laboratory is essential. The ability to use Microsoft office software is also desirable. Most important is the ability to be able to prioritise work and ensure that strict deadlines are met. Work independently and in a team, have initiative, and good organisational skills.
The successful applicant will be required to work as part of a dedicated team of staff and relate to a wide range of staff and students within the Academy.
