We are seeking to appoint a History specialist as Head of Humanities to lead a hard working team and transform the life chances of the young people in our care. You will be responsible for Geography, History, Religious Studies and Health & Social Care.
The successful candidate would be leading a department of focused and determined subject specialists in a dedicated suite of rooms. We are looking for a leader to build further capacity within the department as both a teacher of History and a Head of Humanities. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and inspiring subject specialist. An excellent knowledge and understanding of the subject is essential. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students.
This post is a key appointment in terms of enhancing and ensuring positive life chances for our students through success and achievement in this key area.
