We are currently seeking a professional, confident individual to join our academy as HR Assistant. We are looking for someone who is organised, professional, flexible and who displays excellent communication skills. The role requires working at pace and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure. Previous HR experience is essential.
Supporting the Business Manager in all aspects of HR and payroll, you will be responsible for administering the academy payroll function, as well as dealing with day-to-day enquiries in regards to HR/payroll matters. In addition, you will take care of monitoring and recording staff absence, organising and minute taking at meetings and administering the full recruitment process including pre-employment checks for all new staff. The post requires driving as you will be occasionally required to travel to other academies and to HR meetings.
