This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Family of Schools. The school became part of the Outwood Grange Family of Schools in 2010, and were judged to be an 'Outstanding' School in all four major categories in our last Ofsted inspection.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding individual who is enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational to join our Inclusion Team as soon as possible.
The successful candidate needs to be extremely well organised, have the ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure that strict deadlines are accurately met. The ability to work on your own initiative and lead by example is essential. Experience of working with students with SEND is essential as is the ability to produce strategies and interventions to assist our more vulnerable students achieve their full potential. You are expected to accurately input, track and monitor data relating to these students and produce reports and recommendations to both the Senior Leadership team and your Inclusion team. You need to be able to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will be expected to contribute to the daily and strategic leadership of the school.
