This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, driven professionals to join our Family of Schools. The school became part of the Outwood Grange Family of Schools in 2010, and were judged to be an 'Outstanding' School in all four major categories in our last Ofsted inspection.
This is a key role for our Inclusion (pastoral) department, the successful candidate will work closely with Learning Support, Student Development and Behaviour, providing administration support within the department. You will have the capacity to quickly grasp current processes and systems including 'Praising Stars' and SIMS to input, track and collate data for student intervention and progress.
Additionally the role of the Consequences Manager is to be the gatekeeper of the consequences system. You will manage the procedures to log, track and analyse the data to provide reports and information accurately for the Senior Leadership team, internal and external agency meetings. and provide administrative support to the Deep Support team and under the direction of senior staff, co-ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential.
Essential skills required for this role are:
• Accurate planning and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Competant in the use of Microsoft word/excel
• Have proven minute taking skills
• Have a working knowledge of SIMS student database or similar
• Have initiative to take on tasks and develop administrative processes to support the department
