Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of MFL looking to develop your career in a supportive and innovative Trust?
Outwood Grange Academies Trust aims to lead the way in languages education, both in terms of ensuring students are taught MFL in an engaging and motivational way, and in developing understanding to enable as many students as possible to leave school with a language qualification. We have a knowledge rich curriculum that allows for this and the training and support for teachers to feel confident to facilitate this for all.
In MFL there is a dedicated team of Directors who provide hands on support in schools for students and staff at all levels, and subject specific CPD to ensure that quality teaching and learning leads to outstanding outcomes for all students.
We have a great training package for NQTs and teachers new to the academy including: MFL matters, half termly twilight CPD to develop teaching and learning in MFL; weekly professional development time and further programmes free through the Outwood Institute of Education. We invest in you so you invest in our students.
