Outwood Grange Academies Trust seeks applicants to join a growing Primary ICT Support team.

The role will be based within our primary academies. Outwood Primary Academies place children at the centre of everything they do, with a focus on creating a culture of success, a positive climate for learning, and increased student attainment, achievement, social and emotional development.

Starting in March 2019, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible ICT support specialist.

The role requires a high level of independent working as the successful applicant will take responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance of the ICT infrastructure across the primary academies. Line management will be undertaken by the Director of Technology and support available from the Lead Primary Technician and the Trust’s wider ICT team.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of general hardware and software as well as being highly organised and having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of team is essential and experience of working in an ICT support role or similar would be an advantage.

Outwood Grange Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check.

Please note that there is currently a job evaluation exercise being undertaken across the Trust. The salary advertised for this post is therefore subject to job evaluation and may change.
