A fantastic opportunity for a Humanities specialist to work at senior leadership level whilst maintaining a focus on the subject you love! We have a vacancy to work across academies within our Central and Southern regions.

Outwood Grange Academies Trust is one of the highest performing academy trusts in the country.

Our achievements speak for themselves, with the majority of our academies rated outstanding or good with outstanding features.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with the drive and vision to deliver excellence in Humanities at a time of change at GCSE level and a rise in importance due to the focus on EBacc subjects.

With a clear focus on outstanding outcomes for students, you will ensure effective middle leadership is in place in Humanities throughout the Academies you work in and rapidly raise standards at GCSE level. By supporting the delivery of a broad and challenging curriculum, alongside developing intervention strategies at KS4, you will enable every child to reach or exceed their potential.

You will need the tenacity and integrity to deliver in challenging circumstances and the ability to communicate a vision that inspires, motivates and enthuses staff, children and the community as a whole.

Please contact Kate Wilson, Senior Director of Humanities, on 07850 409366 for an informal discussion, or to arrange a visit to any of our academies.

The Outwood Grange Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced CRB disclosure.
