We are delighted to be making an appointment for the position of Inclusion Coordinator for our high achieving 11-18 academy in North Yorkshire - Outwood Academy Easingwold.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner to join our Family of Schools and work with us as part of the team who rapidly transforms the school to one that offers outstanding provision and is school of choice in its community. The successful applicant will contribute to the strategic development of the academy by implementing new initiatives, monitoring and reporting key outcomes to ensure the department meets academic targets as well as meeting the requirements of Every Child Matters.

The successful candidate must have experience in a management role and have the ability to lead a team of staff. Experience of working with young people and families in an SEND/Inclusion setting is essential for this role. You must be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work and ensure that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and be able to lead by example are essential. You will be required to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner.
