We are delighted to be making an appointment for the position of Consequences Coordinator (Behaviour Coordinator) for our high achieving 11-18 academy in North Yorkshire - Outwood Academy Easingwold.

The role of the Consequences Coordinator (Behaviour Coordinator) is to manage the consequences procedures and provide administration support to the Deep Support team, and under the direction of senior staff, coordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential.
You will contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support in the school which promotes equality within, and values the diversity of the school community.
