Outwood Academy Ormesby is looking for a reliable, dynamic, and responsible Hub Manager to support student behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
The role involves working with students who find mainstream school difficult and will involve providing immediate support for behavioural incidents, and supporting and supervising students who are at risk of exclusion and need additional help and an alternative working environment on a temporary basis. You will have a calm, clear, and consistent approach to dealing with young people.
The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs. You will need excellent organisational skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders.
