Outwood Academy Carlton invites applications from reliable, conscientious individuals who have the ability to carry out a range of duties that enable students with learning needs to fully access standard and differentiated curriculum activities. The post holder will work closely with all other members of the Inclusion team to promote high quality standards of inclusion and learning opportunities. It would be advantageous to be qualified to NVQ3 or equivalent and have experience of supporting students with specific needs. It is essential that the successful candidates will:
• Hold level 2 qualifications or equivalent (A*-C GCSE) qualifications in English and Maths.
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Have confidence in working with standard ICT packages.
• Have the ability to work as a team member.
