A successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively under pressure, also have the necessary experience and knowledge of issues affecting students and young people to assist the Deep Support Team, who strive to ensure students overcome barriers to learning and develop their full potential. The successful candidate will have strong administration knowledge and communication skills, which will allow them to engage with staff, students and parents on a daily basis.
Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent is an essential criteria. Please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification for full post requirements.
