Outwood Grange Academies Trust seeks applications from outstanding applicants with integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role.
Outwood Academy Ormesby invites applications from reliable, conscientious individuals who have the necessary experience and knowledge to support the improvement of student attendance in school and to provide administrative support for both staff and students.
The post holder will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies. Experience within a school attendance role is advantageous but not essential. Practical experience of using word processing, email, excel and other IT applications is essential for this role.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate with children and adults at all levels, both verbally and in writing. They must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. It is vital they are able to prioritise their workload whilst working under pressure and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
In line with the Government’s announcement, our academy is closed until further notice. However, we are still busily planning ahead for the forthcoming academic year and are excited about welcoming new recruits to come and join us. In place of academy based interviews, we have set up systems to ensure that alternative options are still available via Skype/video conferencing wherever possible. Every effort will be made to try and accommodate any specific requirements so that no-one is at a disadvantage. Understandably, visits to the school are not possible at present, however we are really keen to ensure that you have as much information to proceed with your application as possible, so if you would like a conversation about either the academy or the position please contact Faye Gorman, HR Assistant via email at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to assist.
Outwood Grange Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect staff to share this commitment. All appointments will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
Please note only applications completed on an original Outwood application form will be accepted; incomplete application forms and CVs will not be considered.
If you have any questions regarding the post, please email Faye Gorman, HR Assistant, at email@example.com or telephone 01642 452191.
