In line with the Government’s announcement, our academy is closed until further notice. However, we are still busily planning ahead for the forthcoming academic year and are excited about welcoming new recruits to come and join us. In place of Academy based interviews, we have set up systems to ensure that alternative options are still available via skype/video conferencing wherever possible. Every effort will be made to try and accommodate any specific requirements so that no-one is at a disadvantage. Understandably, visits to the school are not possible at present, however we are really keen to ensure that you have as much information to proceed with your application as possible, so if you would like a conversation about either the academy or the position, please contact Sam Scott, Business Manager 07593 139063 and we will be happy to assist.
The Academy’s Post 16 Centre seeks to appoint a suitably experienced administrator who will engage with our ethos which promotes enthusiasm and a team approach. The successful candidate will work closely with the Exams Officer at our Valley site to fully support and contribute to the service provision. You will have good communication and organisational skills which will allow you to efficiently administer examinations procedures in line with JCQ protocol.
Among the top four schools in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire for GCSE results, Outwood Academy Valley in historic Worksop is demonstrating why it was recently rated as Outstanding in every category by Ofsted.
