We are seeking to appoint a Learning Manager with the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism celebration and mutual support within the school which promotes equality within and values the diversity of the school community. You will be required to work closely with our existing Learning Manager to ensure continuity for our students and also work with members of our Inclusion Team and have the energy and creativity to develop and inspire students learning.
The successful applicant will initially be based at Outwood Academy City Fields but will be employed to work across the central region of Outwood Grange Academies Trust, and can be deployed to work at any academy within that region.
We are looking for an individual who has high aspirations for students, who is committed, and passionate about learning; who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘Students First’. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be organised and be able to remain calm in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with a proactive approach to work.
